Children up to 12 years of age must be accompanied by their parents or guardians.<\/p>\n<p>* All facilities may only be used between the check-in and check-out timings as per the reservation.<\/p>\n<p>* Children below 8 years of age stay free of charge. Children above 8 years of age will be considered as an extra person, and additional charges will apply.<\/p>\n<p>* All children must be supervised by a parent or guardian. DK Guest House shall not be held responsible for any damages, losses, injuries, or accidents occurring anywhere on the property.<\/p>\n<p>* Check-in time is 12:00 PM and check-out time is 12:00 PM the following day. Late check-out may be available upon request and will be chargeable.<\/p>\n<p>* The Declaration Form and Registration Form must be signed prior to check-in. The balance payment must also be cleared before check-in.<\/p>\n<p>* Outside food and beverages are not allowed inside the premises.<\/p>\n<p>* Guests are permitted to smoke only in designated smoking areas within the homestay premises.<\/p>\n<p>* Alcohol, illegal drugs, and any unlawful activities are strictly prohibited inside the premises.<\/p>\n<p>* Any breakage, damage, or loss of items belonging to the homestay caused by guests during their stay will be charged to the guest\u2019s personal account and must be settled in full before check-out. Charges will be based on the actual replacement or repair cost of the item(s).<\/p>\n<p>* The management shall not be held responsible for any accidents, injuries, loss of valuables, theft, fire, flood, wind, or any other act of God occurring within the homestay premises.<\/p>\n<p>* DK Guest House reserves the right to evict or eject any guest or group found engaging in fights, disruptive behavior, illegal activities, or activities that disturb the peace and comfort of other guests.<\/p>\n<p>* Storage of hazardous or flammable goods within the rooms or anywhere on the property is strictly prohibited.<\/p>\n<p>* Outdoor areas of the property are monitored and recorded by CCTV cameras for security purposes.<\/p>\n<p>* Photographs taken by our in-house photographer in public areas, along with customer reviews and feedback, may be used on our social media platforms or website for promotional purposes.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>* All registered guests must produce a valid government-issued ID during check-in. * The person booking and staying at the property must be above 21 years of age.
